July 2024: Aline Is Incorporated with a Clear Mission
Co-founded by Matt Lender and Bob Iocco, Aline is formed with a mission to Create The Destination Accounting Firm, grounded in a commitment to delivering unmatched client service and a culture of belonging.
August 2024: Founding Merger Forms Aline
Created through the merger of three respected firms, bringing together decades of experience in tax, audit, and advisory services. While Aline is a new chapter, it continues a legacy that began in 1989 through the longstanding traditions and expertise of its founding partner firms.
January 2025: Audit and Advisory Structure Established
Aline finalizes its service structure to uphold independence and specialization. AAPG is designated to perform all audit and attest services, while Aline focuses on tax, advisory,
and non-attest work.
June 2025: 8 Firms Strong with 140 Team Members
Aline reaches a major growth milestone with eight firms unified under one platform. The team surpasses 140 professionals and 25 partners, reflecting strong momentum and a shared cultural
foundation.
